I have been extremely blessed to watch men and women respond to conflict over the last 3 weeks. There are few things greater than to see believers be bold, courageous, and inititate hard conversations with other believers out of love. I wanted to post the New PDF on Conflict that has been put together by Watermark, The Conflict Field Guide. Live it, Breathe it, memorize it. Let the scripture be your guide. Hi there Rob! My husband and I were members of Watermark for 10 years and recently moved back to our home state of MI. We are sad to leave Watermark, but excited about this next step God has taken us to! We’re getting very plugged in to a smaller church in DeWitt where we’ve settled and have been asked to lead the vision casting for their LifeGroups (equivalent to Watermark’s Community Groups). In putting together the training manual for group leaders, I remembered the amazing conflict resolution guide Watermark had put together and was wondering if we could use it in our manuals? If so, would you please send me a copy of it in non write-protected Word format so we can make a few name changes? Rick Wisner has been helping me a little already with some other things but I know he;s home sick this week and thought since I was already on here I’d ask you.
